Error login to mailserver

Hi,

I got an error while using my mercury mailserver.

When setting up the inbox with the same credentials as in outlook I can not connect to my mailserver to receive mails. Outlook works fine - espocrm does not.

When viewing the console of my mailserver it looks like Outlook send the correct login information while espocrm just trying to log into the server without user-name and password.

Mailserver error-log for outlook;

Any idea.


BTW. SMTP works fine with the same server.

Wow some just like me. For some reason just one of my email (total of 5) could not retrieve email, still can send out (STMP). Test connection work fine for both though.

For the time being I'm just using webmail instead, I was thinking of removing the email and adding it back again and hopefully it work.
