Backlink to Administration Panel is missing

Hi, I have noticed that in some cases, there is no backlink to the Administration Panel.
For instance, if you click on "Users", it is not displayed as "Administration -> Users" in the title of the page, and thus, there is no quick way to do it.

Hi,

It's a known issue. Some items are available both for admin and non-admins but we have the same view for them both.
