Not Valid Error on Save

All users that are trying to save tasks and other things create error: Not Valid.

This happens on tasks, accounts and generally saving things in the system.
Does not matter if it is admin user or not, only happens on all users created after the Espo CRM 2.0 upgrade.

We changed phone field. I think need to change your layouts (custom/Espo/Resources/layouts/ or via Layout Manager). But not sure.

This only happens on the mass edit is clicked. We can edit individual fields, and each field works.
When we do a mass edit (clicking the edit button in the header) on accounts / tasks on save we are presented with a 'not valid' popup error.

It seems like this is an issue in Chrome and sometimes in Opera browsers.
Has anyone else seen the same issue?

Did you observe this issue on a fresh install?
