Hello,
Today I had upgraded from 3.3.0->3.4.0->3.4.1. I noticed that when I create a new entity they no longer show up in the Layout Manager or Entity Manager. It does get automatically added to the Tab List but is not visible if I wanted it to the Quick Create List. I can replicate in to different environments. (Bitnami VM and clean install via Bluehost auto install) I have tried doing a rebuild/clear cache/clear local cache. I check the file system and it looks like it did create a bunch of the files within the custom/Espo/Custom folder.
I'm very new to this system so if you need any additional information let me know, I can do some additional digging.
