Hello, By coincidence I stumbled on this email in Thunderbird from a customer who was angry that we did not respond. All emails are imported, it looks like it always works, also with testing from our test email accounts, however, NEVER an email from this customer has been imported into ESPO.
I checked the logfiles and found this at the time of the receiving (in thunderbird) of his last email.
2020-05-22 11:52:04] Espo.ERROR: EmailAccount 5d3165ba924a31c48 (Import Message w/ MailMimeParser): [22007] SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1366 Incorrect string value: '\xA9 2020...' for column `XXXXX`.`email`.`body_plain` at row 1
Someone any idea what to do or what to check?
