Report runtime filters are not pushed to users via dashboard templates

Report runtime filters are not pushed to users when using dashboard templates. They can be set but it always defaults to “last 7 days”.

Also it would be great if you could pick “current user” from the runtime filter options.

Please provide steps to reproduce explicitly. I tried and it worked fine.
