error 500 when I want to create a new user

in logs I see : Espo.ERROR: Display Error: 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: Invalid authentication mechanism

I fixed that. it comes from the SMTP System config
Go to Admin > Outbound email

Maybe it tried to send password to user via email.
