Access via External Adress receives "Forbidden"

    Dear Forum,

    i installed Espocrm via bitnami.
the service is running flawless when i access it directly via IP.

when i access the service from a external adress i receive
    "Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

    Apache/2.2.22 Server at crm.xxx.com Port 80"

i checked every .conf file availlable, in apache2 and espo,
but i could not fix the problem :/

any hint or or suggestion in the right direction would be great.

    thanks in advance,
    Marc

Please check if correct the "siteUrl" option in the /data/config.php

      hi tarasm,

indeed, the site url was set to the direct IP, but
changing this one to the correct url (weburl address) didn't solve the problem.

but thanks so far, this was a config i haven't found before.

do you have another possible advice for me?
      or the forum maybe?

      best regards,
      Marc

      edit:-----------------------

i am using espocrm 3.2.0 (bitnami image)

      my route is as follows:
      url / mx.record -> dyndns -> ip -> reverse proxy -> ip espocrm host

this works for me for another vhost, accessible via intern and extern (ip and url)
but it doesn't yet workout for the esprocrm host.
it seems, that the apache or espo itselfs blocks accesses from extern adresses, but i don't know where to look for.

      pls help me out.
