    Hello Teams,
    please help me
    espoCRM 5.7.7
    demo2.espocrm.com

    When preferences is set to "disable": Auto Follow Create Record

    the creator of record is automaticly added as "follower"

          Now done with a custom WorkFolws. ... nice
          condition : Entity\isNew()
          and run action service

          Perfect ... wonderful espoCRM
