  • Case Assignment to Inactive Users

    We're using a group e-mail account that creates a new case upon reception of a new e-mail. The case is then assigned round-robin to all users of a certain team.

    The problem: An inactive user, who was in the respective team before, still gets cases assigned.
    The workaround: Remove the user from the team.
    The expectation: Cases are not assigned to inactive users, regardless of the team they were in.
