Stream Menu Tab not showing for Regular users after updating to 5.7

After updating to 5.7 the Stream Menu tab is not showing in the menu for Regular users. Check the attached image. Please help me fix the problem.

I have the same problem. More, "Lastviewed" is not translate for regular users.
