Fields of Side Panels are not made available for Details (Small)

Hi, I have noticed that:
1. Side panels are not showing in the "Details (Small)" views
2. Yet, in the Layout Manager, it is not possible to add a field to the Details (Small) if this same field is in the Side Panel list

As a result, this field is completely absent from the Details (Small) since the side panel is not showing.

I don't know which of the 2 points is really the bug here...

You need to remove the field from Side Panel Fields layout.

In Fact, it appears that for a reason I haven't found yet (I need to compare Entity types), the Side Panel (Edit Small) is disabled by default in many entities, and I had to re-enable them one by one.
