BPM issue

After upgrading 5.6.11 to 5.7.4 possible bug in BPM: in case BPM flowchart contains more than one (in my case two sequential) user actions (approval1, approval2) then followed by Exclusive gateway (which follows the actions) ends without taking further actions. Please see two simple BPM processes in the attached pictures - one with single user action (all OK), another with similar two approval user actions (in this case process ends without passing exclusive gateway. In case excl. gw conditions depend on user first action (approval 1) all is OK, but if excl gw conditions depend on user action 2 (approval 2) then process is ended without passing through the gw. Third picture reflects exclusive gateway flow conditions dependent on approval 2 (process ends without continuation). This was correctly functioning before the upgrade. Upgrading to advanced pack 2.4.0 did not resolved the issue.
