Task creating problem in 5.7.0

Good morning,

after upgrading to version 5.7.0 I have a problem with creating tasks from the account level (using the plus icon).
I`m attaching Log file.
I have this same problem with: Schedule Meeting, Schedule Call, and other and other windows displayed in this way.

I will be grateful for your help.

I think it's caused by reminders not being working.
