Copying Email filter (Global) will result in a duplicate, but with a parent

Copying Email filter (Global, without a parent) will result in a duplicate, but with a parent (user who copied the filter)

Reproduce:
Make a filter, GLOBAL and therefor without a PARENT
DUPLICATE the filter
>> New Filter shows having a PARENT in the list overview...
