times are not aligned in week view

I get blocks in the week view that are not aligned to the proper times. For example an appointment at 09:00 was aligned to the 07:00 row. Changing the week and going back fixes it but this it's annoying.

what is your timezone and what is timezone in Settings?
do you have anything in browser console?

My time zone in config.php is 'Europe/Rome' and also in the locale section of the settings page. I attached a screenshot of the problem and locale settings.

yes, EspoCRM uses fullcalendar.
I can't reproduce in on the demo... what about browser console?
