Error 503

I prepared new entity for cases as list.
During add of new values in Error 503 Administration » Entity Manager » Case » Fields everytime it demonstrated Error 503.
Meanwhile all functional and working.
No logs in data or php error logs...

weird that you have nothing in the log...
What is the version of server/ php / mysql and EspoCRM,
also could you reproduce it on the demo?
