Assigned users in mail

Hi, I edited detail side views in email record to be able to edit assigned users. It works, but only in admin role. In regular roles I can edit but when I click save is not saved.

In detail-side.js I changed options


In email I can see Assigned Users, but only admin can save changes successfully. In other roles it's not being saved. Other roles has all permissions
