For anyone else looking through this thread, my issue was an outdated version of PHP. -
Solution:
1. Install advanced pack 1.33.6 or greater.
2. Administration > Template Manager > Report (Grid 1, Grid 2, List) > Rest to Default.Leave a comment:

My error is slightly different. Nothing in Espo logs, but in Developer Console I do get this:
VM35:1 POST http://crm/api/v1/Report/action/getEmailAttributes 500 (Internal Server Error)
(anonymous) @ VM35:1
send @ espo.min.js?r=1547281562:4
ajax @ espo.min.js?r=1547281562:4
ajaxRequest @ VM50:196
ajaxPostRequest @ VM50:213
actionSendInEmail @ VM480:133
click [data-action="sendInEmail"] @ VM480:41
dispatch @ espo.min.js?r=1547281562:3
r.handle @ espo.min.js?r=1547281562:3

Yes and unfortunately as of right now emailing reports is the ONLY email function I need to work, we might utilize email more later on.

I am having this exact same issue on two different versions of Espo, but Advanced Pack 1.32.15
All emails work BUT the reports. At the top of the screen it shows Error 500. Any report does this. Nothing in the logs even in DEBUG mode.Leave a comment:

Advanced package 1.33.4 (updated today), with the same problem.
