Address data is not saved when creating or editing Accounts

  • Address data is not saved when creating or editing Accounts

    When I am entering address data for a new or existing Account, not all of it is saved. For example, if I enter
    Address - 9223 Deering Ave
    City - Chatsworth
    State - CA
    Postal Code - 91311
    Country - United States

    and then click "Save", only one field is saved (usually the city).

    EspoCRM 5.5.1, Сhrome 71.0.3578.98

    What to provide in a bug report: It may be helpful to know if there are any errors logged: in the Espo log in data/logs directory; in the web server error log; in the browser console (F12 key). Provide steps for reproducing the issue explicitly. Provide the EspoCRM version number. If your version is not the latest, it

      I could not reproduce.

        There's nothing relevant neither in the Espo log nor in the Apache log. There are also no errors in the browser console. My colleague also could not reproduce this on his computer (MacOS, Safari). I will try in other browsers (maybe on other computers, too) and let you know.
