Create & select button in relationship panel is missing in custom entity

I have created 2 entities A & B in demo.espocrm.com.
There is a one-to-many relationship between A and B and add Bs relationship panel in detail view of A


I updated the role access of Sales Manager

Access Create Read Edit Delete Stream
As enabled yes team team team
Bs enabled yes team team team

I create a record of A using Admin account

Then I logged-in using user jim (Sales Manager). When i first viewed the detail of record of A, create & select button is missing in relationship panel!

How can the create & select button be shown in relationship panel? Thanks.
