    Hello,
    We have a serious problem. We have users with specific permits. They can not see the same leads. Everything works well, except the mass emails ... they create their own reports and when they perform the "populate from report" they only see their leads, but the system sends the mass emails to all the leads !!! be of the user that they are !!

    Hi,

    I recommend that you create separate reports that will display only records allowed to be seen for certain users. And disable an ability to create reports for those users.

      Hello!
      This is how it was configured. Helped all the reports of all users and returned to perform the same operation ... but I still inserted all the leads of all users in the target list ...

        I mean creating mutlitple reports like: Leads for Team 1, Leads for Team 2. These reports should have filters by team.

        It will make a trick if you restrict access by teams.
