Kanban view hardly scrollable on mobile version since 5.4.0

Hi,
It seems that since the previous bug for dragging and dropping has been fixed, it became very hard to scroll down the Kanban view on mobile phones. The user has to target the very small space between the cards in order to avoid dragging any object.
I know it's a tough problem.
Maybe it can be solved by materializing the scrollbar even more so that we can select it and scroll down.

Hi,

I have no idea how to pull it off. We have no any 100% accurate method to detect whether touchscreen is used on a device before touch event has been fired. So need it to look and work the same on touch and non-touch devices.
