Not receiving email from own email address

    Hello!

We have a problem with Espo: when an user places an order on our website, the order details is sent from office@site.com (which is the email address set as default in CRM) to us and the user/s address. Unfortunately, the user receives the message from office@site.com, but we do not receive the email in Espo (maybe because it looks like office@site.com is sending an email to office@site.com).

Is there a fix for this? Using webmail and IMAP the email is received, so only CRM does not get it in the inbox.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Are those emails available in "All" folder?
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

      Hi,

Yes, they are. Can they be moved to INBOX?

If it's an email address of the current user it treated as a Sent email. There is no ability to move it to inbox.

If it's not an email address of the current user then by utilizing Group Email Account it's possible to make all incoming emails to fall into Inbox of users of a certain team.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a possibility to mark the emails as important or with another color if they have a certain subject title?

No, but you can create email filter by subject and apply this filter while fetching emails and put new emails into defined folder

How can I do that? From administration it seems that filters are for mails that should not be imported.

This feature is available, only if you select in Parent field User
