  • Notes not showing

    Hi,

    I'm using the latest version of espo crm.
    If I write a note anywhere, it is in the SQL DB. But I can see the note in frontend.
    The debug shows nothing and the cron is working well.

    I'm the only user on the system.

    Any idea ?

      Hi,
      if I write a note to a case or somewhere else, it is saved in the SQL DB in the table "notes", but it is not shown anywhere in frontend.
      Normal the note has to be shown as a case activity, right? But nothing is displayed.

      I run the same procedure in the debug mode, but the log file is empty.

      I renamed the config file and startet a new installation. After that I dumped the SQL DB and the issue is still on.

      I have no activity stream.

      Hope it helps and thank you for ideas.

        Do you mean you create a post in the record's stream and it doesn't appear in the stream afterwards?

        If I switch to "activity" in menu, there are no activities and the site is loading,loading,loading,....

          Hi,
          after installing the software again and again , it's working now.
          I don't know about the problem, but it's trivial now.

              check file permission, please.
              On what page? Because I can't reproduce it on the demo, on contact edit/detail/list pages.

                Hi Tanya,

                Thanks for your support! Well it was happening only in particular situation. We deployed the solution to hostgator and after a while it started happening only to "Contact" entity and only limited to particular browsers(chrome).

                Currently, it is working fine across all browsers and users.
            Working...
