Error 404 : Not found

did update from 5.0.5 to 5.1.2, then to 5.2.5, and finally to 5.3.2
since then I have problems with "Opportunities" , they don't show up wit the contact any more ... opening a contact with opportunities gives error 404 : not found ..... (the opportunities are still existing but don't show up with the contact ...
What to do ?
