Since the upgrade to version 5.3.0, we discovered the administrator name is inserted in the sender name instead of the sender's own name. However the sender's email address appears to be correct. Very confused as we have checked all the setup required and could not find any errors. Under, the previous version, everything appears to work fine. I have attached all the screen caps.
Please help urgently as our customer relationship is affected.
