Setting icon for entities takes up huge CPU resources

The new version 5.2.2 is wonderful but we just found a serious issue. We are hosting our espocrm site in a hosting server. When I set the icon for one of the entities, it took ages to save and the cpu usage went up from 42% to 98%. This is a serious problem.

Need a resolution for this or we may have to opt not to use this feature at all.

I don't observe any difference. Did you try to turn them off/on to compare?

Yes. I did comparison between 51.2 and 5.2.2. Anyway now the server admin has optimised the apps and its fine. Thank you for the help.

Icons could not make any load on the server.

After detail test runs and diagnosis, found that it is caused by large number of emails which have been deleted but still remaining in the system. We are unsure how to execute the clean-up processing espo. Please advise.
