  • Remove user - shared calendar

    Hi there

    i don't know if it's a bug or a feature..

    Context: an employee left the company => I just set his user account as "inactive" (and don't delete it).

    1/ Doing that... we continue to see his lane in "shared team calendar" (timeline). Is it normal to see an "inactive" user there? (bug or feature?)

    2/ Then... i delete the user account through admin panel.
    By doing that, all my users dashboard widget regarding "shared calendar" were broken. I had to edit the shared calendar timeline widget options and remove the user list row referencing this user. Then, widget were working again => bug ?

    Hello.

    remove this user from the shared user list. (this option is available)
    If you leave it in the list, you can see events of this user. (inactive status could be a vacation, so it can be shown in the calendar)
    But, when the user was deleted, the broken view - it's a bug.

          deleted users will be shown, while you remove them from shared list. But without entities and without errors
