disappearing documents

the new file has been added the second time.
And also disappeared in a few hours.

Yesterday I created a new installation to check if there was a problem with upgrades.

they have different ID.
The file is really new (1 week between creating and this topic). (it means it doesn't related with cleanup)
Is it possible, if someone remove this file manually from the folder?

I found this id (photo included). The file is not marked as deleted.

I found the second record with that id - pict 2.

do you have in database table `attachment` with id `5a988635e5d96b4f3`? If yes, check deleted column.
Do you see any consistent pattern? Documents form some period or you changed the server or something other.

Hi,

After some time a few of my documents disappear from the disk (/data/upload). I still can see the file description (photo) but when I click on the file name there is the 404 error page.

The exact link is as below:
/?entryPoint=download&id=5a988635e5d96b4f3

But in the folder /data/upload there is no such a file.
I use the newest version 5.0.5 but I had similar issues on the older ones.
There is noting in the log files.

Could you help please.
