    no received email in report creating for email entiry

    Dears,
    I am creating some report for entity email.
    But I found that there is no received email or to email meaning receving email or receiving user.
    Since we have some reports related this field.

    Hello,
    received emails has the status Archived. You could try this filter

      have a good day.I want to create report for email group by received user(our staff) but there is attribute.Please help.
