PDF : salutationName > display value

Hello,

When you save a PDF file for a lead, there is a problem of merging with the "salutationName" field. On the PDF, the value stored in the database is displayed instead of the display value.
On the demo, you just have to change the value of the options to see the problem (I've tested on Frank Counter).
