"undefined" in Stream for audited fields (linkMultiple)

Hi there

i have a many-to-one relation between Contacts and another entity (called DossierMDB) having a field called "agence".
In Contact detail with, when i edited the field, linking my "Contact" to some DossierMDBs, here is the displayed log, step by step (linked to A, then A+B, then A+B+C)

The diff between steps always show "undefined" for the name.. but, the link is correct if i click on it

Could you reproduce?

Can't reproduce it. What version of EspoCRM do you use?

For now, on this project, v4.5.0 (sorry, i should give this information in my first post).
I'd try to upgrade but i don't have any ETA for that :-(

I will upgrade in a sandbox just to check if it solves the problem
