Portal stop working : 404 Page Not Found (EspoCRM 4.8.2)

My Portals stopped working. I created a new one, with custom name and also one without custom name. both gets the following error in logs directory:

EspoCRM Version: 4.8.2
PHP: 7.0.2.2 (Apache2.2/PHP-FPM) (also checked with PHP v. 7.1)
URL is encrypted via SSL

check portal .htaccess
