Scheduled Jobs Multiple instances

Not the case, execution shows up as past. This job was started today at 1400. Execution time is this morning. Off by 1 error on date?

Yeah I think that's the fix too.

Looking at the code I see that it must set the current time in this case. Maybe IF condition is not met due some reason:
