403 in Relation to Tasks

I have removed access to tasks from a role. I also removed the relation to contacts. Still tasks are shown on the contact screen and apparently result in this error:

Error throwing will be removed.
But panel can be removed only manually via metadata in clientDefs. Metadata >> clientDefs.Contact
