Team Loses Role

I created 3 user, two of which belong to one team. I added a role to this team in order to restrict access. I saved and cleared cache. After that the role was no longer attached to the team and the users have all permissions.

[Update]: It worked on the second or third attempt. Not sure what the reason is/was.
