Reports in Customer Portal

I want to show a report to every user in portal depending on their data. When I create a report and show it on the dashboard, the user see the data of the other users too, if I click it a 403 error comes, what is okay because the user shouldn't be able to do so.

Is this a bug? Or is their a way to filter report to the loggend user?

It's not a bug, reports show all data with no depending on permission
You can develop dashlets for your portal users. Without flag OnlyMy will show only available records.
