Table 'workflow' was not locked with LOCK TABLES

Hello Team,

After upgrading to 4.6.0, I can't seem to get over this error:

Error 500: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1100 Table 'workflow' was not locked with LOCK TABLES

I can't seem to pinpoint where it's coming from either. I can't create new records with this error and can't seem to get around it.

I was able to correct this problem by running another entity record. That seemed to lock the workflow table.
