  • Meeting Invitation not Functional

I am testing meeting invitations and I encountered the following problems:

    1. I couldn't find a localized version of the email template for the invitation
    2. Email templates in general do not show custom fields for "person"
    3. Sending an invitation to user and participant (contact) resulted in a 404 error. Seding an email to the user only worked. No entry in Espo or Apache log
    4. Email history shows 3 entries (user) for the same email

    Hi Robert

    1. There is no an ability to localize but it will be in the version 2.7. Templates are located here application/Espo/Modules/Crm/Resources/templates/
    2. It's not possible since person means User/Contact/Lead. You should use on of them to have custom fields listed.

      3. I guess you meant 500 error. This caused by empty email address field. Will be fixed.
      4. There were some fixes in Activities/History in the current dev version. I hope it will fix this issue.

      Thank for your report.

        HI Yuri,

Ok, I got the first two points. I didn't see that there were the other entities listed as well.

            Hi yuri
I am now in 2.7 version but the 500 error still exist, what I have to do. In the console I have read this message:
            POST
            http://{www.server.com}/api/v1/Meeting/action/sendInvitations 500 (Internal Server Error)

Server side error: The input appears to be a DNS hostname but cannot match against hostname schema for TLD 'com', The input does not appear to be a valid URI hostname, The input does not appear to be a valid local network name

              Hi

I'm not sure what it could be but seems it another issue. Could you take a look into logs?
