Incorrect authentication data when sending email

The get this error "Incorrect authentication data , Code: 500 URL: /api/v1/Email" when sending email from personal emailaccount in EspoCRM. - When sending Test-email it all work fine.
When sending emails from groupaccount it all works fine.
This i stange..
