Importing Error 403 Access Denied

Hello,

We have install the Espo CRM for seeing if it could be the solution for us. At the moment we have installed the version 4.5.1, and we didnt see any problem in the option except when we try to import data.

When we had tried to make an importantion, always shows a error which is "403 Access Denied". We had already tried to change the permissions but nothing change.

Someone could help me with this issue?
