  • Trying to compose or reply emails with Lithuanian or Russian letters - not send

    Hello Guys,
Could you help us, we getting emails without lithuanian letters (sometimes) and when we try to send the email in subject using Lithuanian or Russian languages symbols we getting an error:
Error 500: Subject value must be composed of printable US-ASCII or UTF-8 characters.

What to do? We tried to change collation in datebase, but not working...

    THANK YOU)
    Paulius

    Hi Paulius,

I don't know what it could if not collation. What collation of name column in email table do you have? I remember there was a similar issue on the forum and it was managed to fix somehow.

Yurikuzn, by default was utf8_unicode_ci, we have tried utf8_general_ci.

I am sorry, I have tried to find that post, but unfortunatelly not successful..
