Real Estate locations is not deleted

In adminstration->Real Estate->Locations, when a parent location is removed all the child elements are also removed in the interface, but the child value is still present in the field in the properties module. = Not removed
But now then the parent element is removed it is no longer possible to access those child elements in adminstration->Real Estate->Locations any more.
I think there is missing a validator that is checking for child elements before allowing deleting parent elements?
