New message bug in Feeds in IE/Edge

When trying to write a new message in feeds (Лента) after clicking the text field and trying to write something there with IE and Edge browsers got freezed. Slower PC is freezed for a long time with system message that IE is not responding. More powerful PC freezes for about 10-20 secs and then text field becomes very huge (about 50x bugger the the screen height. I can scroll down this huge text box and see the buttons at bottom. Attaching the screen shot with this bug. Both latest IE and Edge microsoft browsers have this bug.
