4.3 Update problems

Hi.
the 4.3 update created some problems that previous version didn't have:
- Custom Fields: Auto-Increment and Number are "interchanged".
- Account Id is not available in Fields so you cannot put it on Views
- Entity Layouts went back to default.

It seems to me there were other problems but I don't remember.

How did you change you layouts? With Layout Manager or manually changed files?
