    Create Email Account Not Functional

    Hello.

    I am running a new install on Espo 4.3.0. I am unable to create personal or group email accounts. I am able to add email accounts on my other espo installs, but one of them isn't letting do it. When I click on Create New Email Account button, it only shows the "Loading" bar on top, but never proceeds further.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Check espo log and apache log, please

      Nothing in the Espo error log. Here is the apache log for a one minute time frame.

        check error log, please

          I cannot seem to find the access.log. Would that be in the same folder as the main logs? /data/logs

            I asked apache error log (possible /var/log/apache2/error.log) and espocrm log ({espo_path}/data/logs/{the day you have this error}.log)
