Autocomplete fails if account name start with "info"

Hi, After patching to v4 I noticed weird bug. I have an account named "INFO-TEC ....." when creating an object, i.e. case or opportunity and in accoutn field you typing account name it can;t find any account where name begins with info... if name begins not with "info" then it is fine.

any advice is welcome.

really wird, but I can't reproduce this bug.... Could you check the log file?
