'Followed' Disappears Together With Stream

When I switch off the stream panel (Admin - entity manager) then the "followed" mark disappears for this module as well

It has to work in this way. If user has no stream, where will be shown changes?

This has nothing to do with stream AFAIK - data is in table subscription, followed entities are marked and 'follow' actions don't show in stream anyways.
