Cases Bad Server Error

When I choose "Cases" I always have "bad server Error"

WHen I am on the dashboard I can not also see the "stream" with the same bad server error but if I connect from another user I can see it.

Do you have any idea how can I resolve this issue?

Check for errors in data/logs and in your server's error log.

Check file permissions to data directory. Seems data/config.php is not readable or writable.

Try to change to 664 to data/config.php
and 775 to data
